Situation
The client had begun laying the groundwork for its first AI data center project, but scaling the opportunity required a more robust capital strategy. To engage investors credibly, it needed a clear articulation of project economics, financing structure, governance logic, and the broader rationale for building a scalable, multi-asset platform.
Approach
Asia Growth Partners worked closely with the client leadership team to structure a phased fundraising program covering market validation, financial modeling, and investor collateral creation.

  • Produced a comprehensive fundraising deliverable set: market analysis report, technical feasibility assessment, corporate & investment structure, financing strategy, integrated financial model, scenario/sensitivity analyses, and investor collateral (master deck + project decks + investor target list)
  • Prepared an investor presentation positioning a Eurasia-focused AI data center platform, including stated targets such as $35M equity raise for 25% stake and an IRR target stated in the materials
  • Included an investment structure concept using a holding entity with SPVs (hub-and-spoke) and a portfolio approach across multiple regions, as described in the investor deck
