The client wanted to localize innovation efforts in China by identifying digital solutions that could improve agriculture outcomes while also increasing commercial and supply chain effectiveness. At the same time, it needed a practical model to mobilize internal teams, leverage external ecosystem capabilities, and convert early ideas into management-ready opportunities.
Approach
Asia Growth Partners worked closely with the client’s China program team to validate a funnel of pains, gains, and solution concepts through a sprint-based intrapreneurship approach, culminating in a management pitch day.
- Sprint 1: validate desirability via stakeholder interviews and pain/gain confirmation
