Situation
Program stakeholders needed a structured model to support companies with different needs, maturity levels, and growth ambitions while still delivering measurable outcomes. Beyond training alone, the program required practical mechanisms to connect founders with investors and business partners, open access to target markets, and document progress against defined performance indicators.
Approach
Asia Growth Partners worked closely with program stakeholders to run a structured, milestone-driven program combining startup selection, diagnostics, training, market research, and partner/investor outreach—tracked through a shared project management workflow and periodic reporting.
  • Define milestones and run bi-monthly program tracking
  • Screen and select startups using criteria and scorecards
  • Diagnose each startup via onboarding and 1:1 readiness assessment
  • Deliver targeted training and mentorship using standardized playbooks
  • Build investor/ B2B pipelines and track outreach funnel stages
Results
  • Support a cohort of 15 startups through the full delivery cycle.
  • Maintain “proof of linkages” evidence (e.g., LOIs, correspondence, POs, CRM exports, invoices/payments, contracts/agreements) and report KPI outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, funds raised, market expansion, exits).
  • Complete delivery in stages by demonstrating business matchmaking/linkages for at least 50% of selected startups first, then for the remaining startups, and finalize with a closing report.
