Situation
The client needed a clear, end-to-end understanding of how work moved from initial request to market delivery, and where delays were being created along the way. It also wanted to ensure that any AI-driven improvements were tied to customer priorities and embedded within a broader operational strategy, rather than treated as isolated technology initiatives.
Approach
Asia Growth Partners worked closely with cross-functional stakeholders to map the current process, prioritize bottlenecks, and translate pain points into an AI-enabled “to-be” process and roadmap.
  • Map the end-to-end time-to-market process and cycle-time drivers
  • Prioritize the biggest bottlenecks (impact × feasibility)
  • Define AI use cases to address priority pain points
  • Design the target process and translate it into a phased roadmap
Results
  • Produced a 6-part deliverable package: AS-IS value stream map, top 3–5 pain points, mapping of existing AI use cases, new AI use-case proposals, TO-BE AI-powered process map, and an impact alignment analysis
  • Created a “Time-to-Market” AI roadmap view that maps process stages and lists enabling AI solutions to address process friction points
  • Established a repeatable internal method for mapping process steps, capturing cycle-time drivers, and translating bottlenecks into an AI/IT solution shortlist.
