Situation
The client was navigating a rapidly evolving AI landscape and needed a practical way to distinguish real business value from market noise. Leadership also needed alignment across functions on where AI could support growth and profitability, while addressing adoption risks, internal bottlenecks, and differing levels of organizational readiness.
Approach
Asia Growth Partners worked closely with the client to design and facilitate a full-day workshop that combined executive-level context, hands-on tool exploration, and structured use case ideation and prioritization.
  • Use a pre-survey to pinpoint adoption gaps and bottlenecks
  • Set a shared AI baseline (“today & tomorrow”) for leaders
  • Run guided tool demos to test real capabilities and limits
  • Ideate, screen, and size use cases (DVF) to prioritize quick vs. big wins
Results
  • Collected structured baseline inputs via a pre-survey (N=26) to clarify current adoption levels and prioritize workshop discussion topics
  • Established a shared “AI adoption” vocabulary across business and function leaders (model types, risk framing, and what qualifies as quick wins vs. big wins)
  • Generated and pressure-tested use case concepts using a consistent DVF lens, improving decision quality and reducing “idea sprawl” during early-stage exploration
  • Produced a documented set of workshop outputs, questions, and next-step actions to support sponsor follow-up, internal alignment, and early pipeline development
