About The Customer
Adams Consulting Group, founded in 2002 by Len Adams, is a recruiting and temporary staffing agency based in NYC, New York. With over 30 years of experience, ACG provides a unique and customer-centric approach to recruiting and temporary staffing. The company boasts a consistent track record of meeting the talent acquisition needs of some of the biggest and most prestigious local and global corporations. ACG's success is attributed to an intimate knowledge of the entire life cycle of recruiting and what is required to cultivate a successful staffing and consulting agency.
The Challenge
Adams Consulting Group (ACG), a recruiting and temporary staffing agency, was facing significant challenges with its legacy system. The system was server-based, slow to update, and lacked remote capabilities and robust reporting. It was unable to provide an end-to-end solution for ACG's needs at every stage of the recruiting life cycle. The software was antiquated and not robust enough to keep up with the business demands. The lack of remote capability meant that the team was tethered to a server, limiting their flexibility and efficiency. The system also lacked the ability to provide valuable insights through reporting, which was crucial for promoting efficiency and accountability among the staff.
The Solution
ACG turned to Bullhorn, a provider of cloud-based CRM and operations software for the staffing industry. Bullhorn's solution offered a true cloud software that provided easy updating, remote capabilities, and detailed reporting. It was an end-to-end solution that addressed ACG's needs at every stage of the recruiting life cycle. The solution supported remote workers, promoting speed and accountability. It also provided comprehensive relationship tracking, enabling ACG to better service their clients with agility and reliability. The entirely web-based solution ensured that features and functionalities were added and updated continually without disruptive downtime. In addition to the scalability and remote access, Bullhorn's detailed reporting allowed ACG to drill down into their team's results and continuously improve their processes.
