The Solution
Prodapt implemented an AI-powered video intelligence framework to revolutionize the client's field service operations. This framework consisted of a video capturing solution, an AI-powered recommendation engine, and a smart dashboard. The video capturing solution allowed field technicians to capture data in a structured manner, preventing the omission of critical information that could lead to repeat visits. This solution also controlled the need for re-surveys and on-site audits by enabling auditors to assess the surveyed data remotely. The AI-powered recommendation engine provided real-time recommendations to supervisors, auditors, and field engineers, assisting them in addressing on-field challenges and roadblocks.
