About The Customer
The primary customers of AI-Remi are small restaurant owners who struggle to maintain a consistent presence on social media due to the time and effort required to create engaging content. These restaurant owners can use AI-Remi to generate social media copy based on their specific instructions, allowing them to maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence without the need for extensive time or effort. The app also allows users to add their menu items, team members, and restaurant mission to create even more content. AI-Remi is particularly beneficial for restaurant owners who do not have the necessary coding skills to create such an app themselves.
The Challenge
Small restaurant owners often struggle to maintain a consistent presence on social media due to the time and effort required to create engaging content. This challenge was identified by Carlos Velasquez, the founder of AI-Remi, who had been working in the industry for the past four years. He had the idea of creating an app that could assist these restaurant owners by generating social media copy for them. However, Carlos did not possess the necessary coding skills to bring his idea to fruition. His project came to a halt until he discovered the no-code movement and Bubble, a no-code platform, in October 2020.
The Solution
AI-Remi is a no-code app built on Bubble that assists small restaurant owners in maintaining a consistent social media presence by creating copy for them. Users can sign up and give instructions to Remi, such as 'create social media copy for an ice cream sundae', and the app will generate a response that they can use on their social media platforms. Users can also add their menu items, team members, and restaurant mission to create even more content. The long-term vision for AI-Remi is to become a fully AI-powered marketing platform, handling everything from social media creation to posting, to web/menu design and engineering. Future plans for the app include increasing automation with backend workflows, syncing with a national holiday calendar to pull content ideas, and finding ways to create more content from recipe ingredients.
