About The Customer
CloudStash's primary customers are businesses, start-ups, and freelancers looking to optimize their work processes and streamline expenditures by selecting the right software from an ever-growing list of SaaS applications. These customers are often overwhelmed by the sheer volume of software options available and are looking for a simplified, efficient way to find the best software to meet their specific needs. CloudStash's customers value quality and simplicity, and they want to be able to access the information they need in just a few clicks. They also value collaboration and the ability to set budgets, define workflows, and compare alternatives.
The Challenge
CloudStash, a company co-founded by Fidel Velasco, was created to help businesses, start-ups, and freelancers find the best software to grow their toolkit. The challenge they faced was the overwhelming number of SaaS applications available in the market. Software aggregators like G2, Capterra, and Get App focus on quantity and have thousands of applications divided into hundreds of categories, making the process of finding the right SaaS daunting. CloudStash aimed to provide an experience that matches the quality of their competitors, but with less friction. They wanted to simplify the process so that users could access the information they needed in just a few clicks.
The Solution
CloudStash developed an app using Bubble’s no-code platform. The app allows users to explore SaaS products that match their job title or the business objective they are trying to achieve. Users can sort products by ratings, with reviews aggregated from various platforms. Each SaaS has an info card that includes information such as categories, logo, name, link, score, and number of reviews, as well as product screenshots, demos, and more. A team function feature is also being prepared so that teams can collaborate and set budgets, define workflows, and compare alternatives. The use of Bubble’s no-code platform allowed CloudStash to quickly test and launch their concept, focusing on the database, information architecture, and user experience.
