The Solution
Collato migrated its entire infrastructure to Google Cloud, making Vertex AI the backbone of its solutions. Collato's AI assistant transforms raw information into structured, polished documents using customizable templates. The migration to Google Cloud provided Collato with access to the latest language models and GPUs, enabling them to stay on top of the fast-evolving AI field. The Google Cloud account team supported Collato in becoming part of the Trusted Tester Program, giving them access to the latest generative AI solutions. Collato's AI assistant is built on the Vertex AI platform, using Vector Search to store and retrieve knowledge artifacts and PaLM 2 and Gemini to understand user questions and generate answers. The migration resulted in significant improvements in model fine-tuning, allowing Collato to use smaller models with enhanced performance and shorter response times.
