The Challenge
The music industry is a challenging field for both established musicians and those looking to learn. Musicians often struggle to find opportunities, secure a stable income, locate good tutors, find band members, and gain industry exposure. Many opportunities are not reaching the right people, creating a gap in the industry. George Bruklin, the founder of Creptel, recognized these challenges and sought to create a platform that would address these issues and provide a comprehensive solution for musicians and music learners.
The Solution
Creptel.com was developed as a platform where musicians and music learners can find opportunities, inspirational stories, hire musicians, find tutors, and access music-related resources. The platform caters to three types of users: musicians, music students, and others. Musicians can sign up, add their information, and have a profile that acts as an online resume/portfolio. Opportunities for musicians are posted by Creptel and by the users themselves. Music students can follow their favorite musicians, interact with them, find band members, and access inspirational stories and interviews. Other users can hire musicians for events by posting their requirements on the platform and can also learn about music events happening near them. Creptel was built using Bubble, a no-code tool that allows for easy application building and modification based on user behavior.
