The Solution
Blueocean Market Intelligence developed a reporting automation and analytics ecosystem for the client. They created a repository/data mart to streamline the current data into an integrated repository. They also developed reporting solutions with enhanced microstrategy features for drilling hierarchies and viewing different data cuts. The reporting solutions were made compatible with mobile platforms (iOS, Windows, and Android). The reporting processes were automated at various levels for the benefit of multiple stakeholders. Advanced analytics solutions were also implemented, including sales forecasting, territory alignment, incentive compensation, and sales force effectiveness.
