The Solution
MLB Network chose to implement HPE SimpliVity Hyperconverged Infrastructure and OmniCube. These solutions provided them with a single compact data center appliance that brought all IT infrastructure and data services below the hypervisor. The HPE SimpliVity 380, based on the world’s best-selling server, is a compact, scalable building block that delivers server, storage, backup and DR in a 2U appliance. This allowed MLB Network to consolidate their data center and modernize their infrastructure. They were also able to use these solutions for their production applications, test/dev and QA, and data migration.
