About The Customer
Allen Recruitment Consulting is an Irish-owned and operated business established in 1998 by Louise Allen. The firm is based in Dublin and provides various recruitment services to companies across all sectors. It has a special focus in the areas of information technology, finance & accounting, sales & marketing, and HR. The firm operates in Ireland, Germany, and the UK. The company's director, Brian Cunningham, was seeking a solution to increase the company's fill rate with a branded online job page that would help his recruiters bring in more candidates and track applications more tightly in the Bullhorn platform.
The Challenge
Allen Recruitment Consulting, a Dublin-based recruitment firm, was facing several challenges in its operations. The company was struggling to find a solution that could seamlessly post job vacancies on their website and integrate candidate data into the Bullhorn platform. This lack of integration was causing frustration among recruiters who wanted to generate more candidates online and reduce the time spent on manual data entry. Additionally, the firm was not satisfied with the candidate experience provided by other job site solutions, which failed to convert website visitors into candidates effectively. The company also faced the challenge of building a branded corporate job site from scratch, which would have cost thousands of euros and consumed significant time and resources. The firm wanted to avoid using its scarce internal development resources and did not have the time to wait for a modern job site to be completed.
The Solution
Allen Recruitment Consulting implemented Bullhorn Reach Team to address its challenges. Bullhorn Reach Team provided the firm with a modern, candidate-facing website for all its job listings, allowing the firm to feature open opportunities and industry verticals on their homepage. The solution also offered advanced integration that automatically entered candidates directly into Bullhorn, saving recruiter time. Candidates could fill out a simple form and attach their resume or apply with LinkedIn, improving the candidate experience. Bullhorn Reach Team also incorporated unique features such as recruiter profiles and the 'Silent Follow' functionality, which allowed candidates to secretly follow the company's job listings and enquire about jobs without uploading a CV. The Teamcast feature enabled the firm to post content regularly and efficiently to the team's social networks, attracting more candidates while saving recruiters the time and trouble of posting content themselves.
