Johnson Controls, a global diversified technology and multi-industrial leader, was facing a challenge with their operator training process. The existing work instructions were complex, outdated, and only accessible to team leads, making it difficult for new operators to understand and follow. The company was also dealing with a significant number of operators nearing retirement, which posed a risk of losing valuable insights and knowledge. The challenge was to capture and retain these insights and pass them on to the next generation of operators.
