About The Customer
The customer in this case is Samsung, a multinational conglomerate known for its wide range of electronic devices, including smartphones, televisions, and home appliances. Samsung is also a major player in the enterprise mobility solutions market, offering products like the Knox Suite to help businesses protect their devices and data. The company is constantly looking for ways to promote its products and stand out in a crowded market, which is why it launched the campaign to highlight the benefits of the Knox Suite.
The Challenge
Samsung Knox Suite is a comprehensive enterprise mobility solution that offers robust security management features. It is designed to protect work devices and data, making it an integral part of the wider Knox platform. However, the vastness and multifaceted nature of Knox Suite make it a complex topic to cover. This complexity, coupled with the inundation of managers and IT administrators with offers for mobility solutions, posed a significant challenge. The solution needed to stand out from the crowd and elevate beyond the ordinary, offering a unique value proposition that would attract the attention of potential users.
The Solution
To address this challenge, a campaign was launched online to promote the Knox Suite. The campaign included the creation of five films, one of which provided an overarching view of the Knox Suite, while the other four each focused on a specific pillar of the Suite. These films were designed to humanize the technology, making it more accessible and understandable to the target audience. By creating digestible videos that clearly communicated the benefits of the Knox Suite, the campaign was able to effectively convey the value of the solution and attract significant attention. The films garnered thousands of views overnight, demonstrating the success of this approach.

Integral Plant Maintenance
Mercedes-Benz and his partner GAZ chose Siemens to be its maintenance partner at a new engine plant in Yaroslavl, Russia. The new plant offers a capacity to manufacture diesel engines for the Russian market, for locally produced Sprinter Classic. In addition to engines for the local market, the Yaroslavl plant will also produce spare parts. Mercedes-Benz Russia and his partner needed a service partner in order to ensure the operation of these lines in a maintenance partnership arrangement. The challenges included coordinating the entire maintenance management operation, in particular inspections, corrective and predictive maintenance activities, and the optimizing spare parts management. Siemens developed a customized maintenance solution that includes all electronic and mechanical maintenance activities (Integral Plant Maintenance).
