About The Customer
Nóz Delivery's customers are small and medium-sized businesses in the food delivery industry in Brazil. These businesses need a cost-effective and efficient way to manage their operations, from registering products to defining delivery parameters and receiving real-time reports. The app is designed to help these businesses operate professionally without incurring high costs. The system is already in use in Luiz's own store and has been shared with some colleagues, receiving positive reviews. The goal is for the app to be collaborative, continually improving to meet each business's needs.
The Challenge
Nóz Delivery, an online food delivery software based in Brazil, was created with the aim of assisting small and medium-sized businesses. The founder, Welton Luiz, has a rich background in the food industry and a passion for technology. However, he faced the challenge of building an online ordering tool that was both practical and cost-effective. The tool needed to allow businesses to manage and register products, define delivery distances, prices, and times, and provide real-time reports. Additionally, it was crucial for the tool to maintain profits for a fixed monthly amount, allowing businesses to receive sales figures without any hassle.
The Solution
Luiz discovered Bubble, a no-code platform, on YouTube and decided to use it to build his app. Bubble's practicality and ease of use made it the perfect platform for Luiz's needs. The platform's fast learning curve allowed him to test and correct mistakes with ease. The app he built, Nóz Delivery, is an online ordering system currently equipped for delivery, with plans to add a withdrawal facility soon. The app allows registered companies to manage and register products, define delivery distances, prices, and times, and receive real-time reports. All these functions are available for a fixed monthly amount, making it a cost-effective solution for small and medium-sized businesses.

Airport SCADA Systems Improve Service Levels
Modern airports are one of the busiest environments on Earth and rely on process automation equipment to ensure service operators achieve their KPIs. Increasingly airport SCADA systems are being used to control all aspects of the operation and associated facilities. This is because unplanned system downtime can cost dearly, both in terms of reduced revenues and the associated loss of customer satisfaction due to inevitable travel inconvenience and disruption.

Vehicle Fleet Analytics
Organizations frequently implement a maintenance strategy for their fleets of vehicles using a combination of time and usage based maintenance schedules. While effective as a whole, time and usage based schedules do not take into account driving patterns, environmental factors, and sensors currently deployed within the vehicle measuring crank voltage, ignition voltage, and acceleration, all of which have a significant influence on the overall health of the vehicle. In a typical fleet, a large percentage of road calls are related to electrical failure, with battery failure being a common cause. Battery failures result in unmet service agreement levels and costly re-adjustment of scheduled to provide replacement vehicles. To reduce the impact of unplanned maintenance, the transportation logistics company was interested in a trial of C3 Vehicle Fleet Analytics.
