About The Customer
Mom Corps is a national recruitment firm that provides companies with direct access to a previously untapped market of exceptional talent—finding employment for mothers who wish to get back into the workplace. With an annual growth rate of over 100 percent, Mom Corps is a rapidly expanding company. Many of their professionals work virtually, making a flexible, web-based solution essential. They were happy with their back office software and needed a solution that would integrate well with it.
The Challenge
Mom Corps, a national recruitment firm, was experiencing rapid growth, with an annual increase of over 100 percent. However, their existing software solution was proving to be a bottleneck. It was not fully integrated, required too many steps for candidates and clients to use effectively, and necessitated additional software solutions. The firm needed a solution that would allow all sales and recruiting staff to share the same information, support their virtual employees, and integrate well with their back office software. They also wanted to avoid dealing with software upgrades and IT infrastructure.
The Solution
Mom Corps chose Bullhorn, a comprehensive, web-based solution that integrated all aspects of sourcing and placing candidates and managing client relationships. Bullhorn provided email, sourcing, applicant tracking, calendaring, task management, job management, and CRM in one integrated solution. It was available anytime and anyplace via the internet, making it ideal for Mom Corps' virtual employees. Bullhorn also handled all upgrades and integrated with the industry’s leading back office solutions, allowing Mom Corps to choose the back office strategy that suited them best. This provided flexibility, cost efficiency, and a competitive advantage.
