The Challenge
Onogo, an e-commerce business and elite Amazon seller, faced a significant challenge as it began to expand. The rising demands from customers and partners necessitated a more solid operational structure and a robust workflow system. The absence of such a system made it difficult for the company to keep up with the changes and manage its growth effectively. The company's fate hinged on how it would handle this situation. The primary task was to find an effective workflow software that would not only manage the change but also be a part of the company for the long haul.
The Solution
Onogo's solution came in the form of SweetProcess, a workflow software that Florinela Serban, the head of operations, found to be the best after trying out several systems on the market. The first task was to document the company's processes and procedures, for which SweetProcess proved to be an effective tool. The software offered easy process documentation, a decentralized knowledge base for storing all documents in one place, speedy employee onboarding and training, and quality control and assurance. It provided new employees with access to all the information they needed and the opportunity to cross-check any information on the system at any time.
