About The Customer
The customers of Partnerprograms are agencies and technology providers looking to build partnerships. The platform is designed to be used by any agency free of charge, while tech companies interested in learning more can book a time with Alex. The customers are thrilled with the way the app turned out, including the marketplace and advisors. The new website places Partnerprograms in a more professional light than was possible with the previous one. The app equips Partnerprograms with the power to add even more resources and features to the user dashboards, enhancing the user experience.
The Challenge
Partnerprograms was founded by Alex Glenn, a tech product marketing expert and curator of agency communities. The challenge was to create a platform that could bridge the gap between agencies and technology providers, referred to as 'partners'. The goal was to vet each program's ability and interest in working closely with potential partners, showcase how the solution supports agency services and MRR growth, and help agencies connect with and learn the services that each vetted program provides to clients. The platform needed to be user-friendly and accessible to any agency free of charge, with tech companies having the option to learn more by booking a time with Alex.
The Solution
The solution was to build an app on Bubble, a no-code platform that allowed the team to build the app quickly and cost-effectively. The app has two sides to its marketplace. On one side, technology providers can create a profile and join as one of the top tech partners. On the other side, agencies can create a profile, shop the directory for vetted partners, and more. When agencies are ready to connect with a partner, the Partnerprograms team jumps in to ensure that the relationship not only forms but flourishes. The app also runs a proxy server, which allows it to show a Wordpress blog on a subdirectory. The app was built in just 30 days for under $2500 using Bubble and a freelancer.
