About The Customer
The primary customers of Qinvoice are freelancers who need an efficient way to track their time spent on each client and task. These could be freelancers from various fields, including digital strategists like Bert Gybels, the founder of Qinvoice. The app is particularly beneficial for freelancers who handle multiple clients and tasks and need a streamlined way to manage their invoicing process. By automating this process, Qinvoice helps freelancers save time, reduce errors, and ensure that they are accurately compensated for their work.
The Challenge
Freelancers often struggle with keeping track of their time spent on each client and task. This can lead to inaccuracies in invoicing, missed payments, and overall inefficiency in their workflow. The challenge was to create a solution that would automate this process, ensuring that freelancers could accurately track their time and generate invoices without the need for manual input. The founder of Qinvoice, Bert Gybels, a digital strategist who develops marketing plans for brands in Belgium and abroad, sought to address this issue. He wanted to leverage the power of IoT to create a fully functional web app that would streamline this process for freelancers.
The Solution
The solution was Qinvoice, a web app built on Bubble, a no-code platform. This app allows freelancers to easily keep track of their time spent on each client and task. It functions as a timesheet software that automatically generates invoices each month. Users can sign in within five seconds and update their company info, including tax details and a logo, which are used to generate the invoice. They can then add their client list, with each client having several tasks. Once this setup is complete, users can start tracking in the timesheets and the invoices are created automatically. This ensures that freelancers never forget to invoice again. The app is designed to be user-friendly, with a steep learning curve and excellent support.
