About The Customer
Randstad Sourceright is a global talent leader, providing solutions and expertise that help companies position for growth, execute on strategy, and improve business agility. The company is based in Atlanta, Georgia and was founded in 2001. They serve multiple customers across multiple geographies and were facing challenges in connecting their various systems into real-time and accurate data.
The Challenge
Randstad Sourceright, a global talent leader, was facing the challenge of connecting multiple systems across multiple customers and geographies into real-time and accurate data. The company was operating as a reactive and backward-looking metrics company. The lack of real-time data made it difficult for the company to foresee any issues that might affect meeting a customer deadline. This lack of predictive insights was affecting their ability to meet or exceed customer expectations.
The Solution
Randstad Sourceright implemented Domo, a data analytics platform, to transform their business from a reactive and backward-looking metrics company to a forward-looking metrics company. With Domo, they were able to immediately see if there was an issue with a data source and reach out to the data owner to get it resolved immediately. This allowed them to be predictive and foresee any issue they might have meeting a customer deadline. They could then pull the right levers to get the resolution they needed and ultimately meet, or exceed, the customer’s expectations.

Engine Informática offers SAP software as a service with IBM
Engine Informática, a Brazil-based company specializing in the implementation of SAP ERP solutions, identified a gap in the market for small and medium-sized companies. The company realized that the fixed infrastructure investment needed to run SAP 24/7, such as data centers, hardware, and support, meant that the per-user cost could be perceived as too high for smaller companies. The challenge was to reduce or eliminate the capital expenditures and implementation costs as much as possible to help reduce the barriers to entry for these smaller companies.

IBM social business software connects and empowers employees for competitive advantage
Superior Group, a company providing workforce productivity solutions, found that its employees worldwide felt disconnected from headquarters, regional offices and each other due to outdated internal communication and collaboration tools. The company's intranet had become a top-down affair with little staff involvement, and employees lacked effective tools for anywhere/anytime communications. Those working remotely had limited access to co-workers and company apps. The main method of collaboration was inefficient email, challenging IT staff to manage a growing store of attachments. These factors inhibited the company from achieving its productivity goals.
