The Challenge
Realty Solutions, a property management company, was struggling with the time-consuming process of managing leasing documents and vendor invoices. This was affecting their ability to provide personalized service to the properties in their growing portfolio. The company prides itself on building lasting relationships with renters and owners, but the administrative burden was making it difficult to maintain this level of service. Additionally, managing outreach was proving to be a challenge. With a mixed-use portfolio of HOAs, single-family, and multifamily units, the team had a lot of ground to cover to ensure they stayed responsive.
The Solution
To address these challenges, Jeannie Connors, VP of Operations & Law at Realty Solutions, introduced Buildium to her property management team. Buildium is a property management solution that offers features such as eSignature and ePay. The eSignature feature, powered by Hellosign, was used to streamline the time-consuming lease management process. On the other hand, ePay was used to simplify vendor payments. Jeannie worked closely with the customer support team at Buildium to navigate the new technology and train her team to integrate each feature effectively. Over the past year, Jeannie has started making EFT vendor payments through ePay, a feature that has freed up even more resources and led to profitable partnerships with service providers.
