About The Customer
Spanbild is a manufacturing company supported by a network of franchisees throughout New Zealand and Australia. The company specializes in the manufacture and delivery of expertly designed, quality steel, timber and paneled temporary, permanent and relocatable buildings to suit a range of applications and environments. Spanbild's buildings can be found throughout the rural, lifestyle, residential, commercial, educational and public sectors. The company's website serves as the first point of contact for many prospective customers, where they can view examples of building designs, learn more about the company’s offerings and manufacturing processes, distribution network and its community involvement.
The Challenge
Spanbild, a manufacturer of expertly designed, quality steel, timber and paneled temporary, permanent and relocatable buildings, was facing a significant issue with its email security system. The company's website generates a large volume of queries from prospects seeking information and quotes, which are automatically directed by the email server to the appropriate franchisee for follow-up. However, franchisees began to query Spanbild regarding missing prospect information. Upon investigation, Spanbild’s IT team discovered that the company’s email security system was identifying a large number of false positives. Emails that should have been delivered were being categorized as spam and, therefore, filtered out. This included a large number of prospect inquiries. Additionally, they noticed that the email security software was running out of hard disk drive space.
The Solution
In response to the challenge, Spanbild decided to replace its email filtering system. After reviewing a number of different options, the company selected Forcepoint Email Security to replace its existing system in late 2010. The solution included standard encryption, anti-virus, anti-spam and email content filtering. The Forcepoint solution was deployed quickly without any issues. The IT team discovered that it takes very little time to manage and administer the solution, leading to efficiency advantages. Spanbild has relied on Forcepoint security solutions since 2010.

ELI LILLY ADOPTS MICROMEDIA’S ALERT NOTIFICATION SYSTEM
Pharmaceutical production is subject to a strict set of enforced rules that must be adhered to and compliance to these standards is critically necessary. Due to the efforts of WIN 911’s strategic partner Micromedia, Lilly was able to adopt an alarm notification infrastructure that integrated smoothly with their existing workflows and emergency hardware and protocols. These raw energy sources enable the industrial process to function: electricity, WIN-911 Software | 4020 South Industrial Drive, Suite 120 | Austin, TX 78744 USA industrial steam, iced water, air mixtures of varying quality. Refrigeration towers, boilers and wastewater are monitored by ALERT. Eli Lilly identified 15000 potential variables, but limitations compelled them to chisel the variable list down to 300. This allowed all major alarms to be covered including pressure, discharge, quantity of waste water discharged, temperature, carbon dioxide content, oxygen & sulphur content, and the water’s pH.

Digital Transformation of FOSIS through AuraQuantic Platform
The Solidarity and Social Investment Fund (FOSIS), a service of the Chilean Government, was faced with the challenge of standardizing its administrative processes to comply with the new regulatory framework established by the Law of Digital Transformation of the State (LTDE). The LTDE focuses on updating administrative procedures and document management in public administration through digital transformation. It also mandates that all communication related to administrative procedures between different public bodies must be carried out electronically. FOSIS had been using the AuraQuantic platform for over 14 years to automate different internal processes. However, with the introduction of the new LTDE framework, the institution needed to launch an ambitious project to align with the new regulations.

Big risks requires big data thinking: helping clients target and prevent fraud
EY's clients are increasingly seeking growth in markets with higher perceived levels of fraud, bribery, and corruption risk. Regulators and law enforcement bodies are intensifying their activities, leading to significant corporate investment in employee training, policy development, and internal audit procedures designed to raise awareness of anti-fraud or anti-corruption policies. Many companies have also increased the use of more sophisticated, proactive uses of forensic data analytics (FDA) capabilities designed to prevent and detect areas of fraud, waste, and abuse. However, traditional rules-based tests and spreadsheet tools are not effective in managing these risks. EY needed a solution that could help them get ahead of the curve and squash potential threats before they escalate.

Automating Regulatory Compliance: A Case Study on BT's Transformation with Alteryx and PwC
BT Group, the UK’s leading telecommunications and network provider, had to comply with strict reporting regulations due to its public service nature. The company was using over 140 legacy Excel models to run its regulatory processes, a process they named the ‘Cascade’. The Cascade required a large team and took up to four weeks for a single run, and had to be run multiple times before the reports were ready to be published each year. This process was not only time-consuming but also resource-intensive. Additionally, BT faced challenges with cumbersome change control due to complex logic buried deep in cell formulas, making it difficult to audit changes in Excel. The risk of errors was high with 140 complex Excel models, and even very small errors needed to be reported to regulators. Knowledge management was also a challenge as Excel isn’t the best tool for annotation and knowledge transfers, especially with 1,500 unique data inputs requiring specific methodologies.
