About The Customer
Starlity's customers are sellers who want to reach a global audience. The platform is designed to streamline the sales process for these sellers, allowing them to manage their sales on a single platform. When a new seller signs up, they can upload the products they want to sell on the platform. The system then provides a wide range of suggestions for optimizing the products. The products are then listed and optimized on multiple online marketplaces automatically. This allows the sellers to focus on their core business while Starlity takes care of the sales management and product optimization.
The Challenge
Starlity was founded by Edward Li and Kelvin Cheng with the aim of providing a platform for sellers to manage their sales and reach a global audience. The challenge was to create a platform that could react quickly to customer needs and adapt to changes rapidly. The founders wanted to leverage their combined experiences and skills to create a solution that would streamline the sales process for sellers and optimize their product listings. The need for a platform that could handle the complexities of global sales management and provide a seamless user experience was evident.
The Solution
The founders chose to build their platform on Bubble, a no-code platform that offers endless functionalities and allows startups to adapt to changes rapidly. Sellers simply upload their products to the Starlity platform, and the system provides a wide range of suggestions for optimizing the products. The products are then listed and optimized on multiple online marketplaces automatically. This solution allows sellers to manage their sales on a single platform and reach a global audience. The use of Bubble's no-code platform enabled the founders to make changes to their platform every day to improve the user experience, making the process easier and faster.
