The company's director, John Liston, found SweetProcess through a Google search and was reassured by the fact that it allows users to download all their data. Despite initial skepticism about the time it would take to learn a new application, Liston found that SweetProcess was simple to use and made the training process considerably more streamlined. The company now uses the tag function within SweetProcess to easily search procedures by tag and has broken everything down into three categories – accounting, wealth, and administration for findability. SweetProcess has also proved valuable for setting up company policies, which can now be easily accessed by employees at any time. The tool has also sped up the employee onboarding process considerably.
