The Solution

Additionally, OHLA USA connected their iCIMS Applicant Tracking System to LinkedIn RSC. This integration enabled recruiters to easily source candidates and export their top picks directly into a specific iCIMS job with just one click, eliminating the time-consuming task of adding them manually.
