About The Customer
DocumentCertifier's customers are individuals who require certified or notarized documents for various purposes such as job applications, university admissions, or home relocation. These individuals often face challenges in finding a solicitor to review and certify their documents, a process that can be time-consuming and inconvenient. With DocumentCertifier's app, customers can easily and quickly obtain certified copies of their documents without leaving their homes. The app's user-friendly interface and quick turnaround time make it an ideal solution for individuals who need certified documents in a timely manner.
The Challenge
DocumentCertifier, a company providing document certification and notarization services, was founded by Joe Morgan, a qualified solicitor with a background in law. The company was established to address the challenge of certifying documents, a process that is often required when individuals apply for jobs, move homes, or make other significant life decisions. The certification process, which confirms that copied documents are genuine and unaltered, is typically time-consuming and requires considerable effort. Individuals often struggle to find a solicitor to review and certify their documents, a process that can delay important life decisions if not done correctly. Furthermore, the traditional process of document certification is often inconvenient, requiring individuals to physically visit a solicitor's office and risk their original documents.
The Solution
To address these challenges, DocumentCertifier developed an innovative solution using Bubble, a no-code platform. This enabled the creation of an app/website that provides document certification and notarization services without the need for understanding programming languages. The app offers a quick, confidential service that can certify any document as a 'True Copy of the Original' in four simple steps: providing basic details, uploading an image of the document and an image of the user or their ID, and receiving a certified copy within 30 minutes. The images are sent to a team of solicitors who verify and approve the order. Completed orders are sent to users by email. The app also allows users to download copies of their invoices and certified copies, get a paper version of the certified copy sent to any UK address within two business days, and verify the validity of a certified copy.
