Weitz & Luxenberg is a legal services firm with 450 employees and around 225 Domo users. The firm has been in business for over 30 years. They spend significant amounts on marketing, customer acquisition, and building up referral relationships. They were looking for a business intelligence solution that could help them make data-driven decisions, identify bottlenecks, and determine the most effective means of customer acquisition. They also faced challenges with disparate systems and ineffective communication with partner law firms.
The Challenge
Weitz & Luxenberg, a legal services firm, was in need of a business intelligence solution that could deliver more than just data. They needed a solution that could easily fix and connect data, provide self-service for users, offer an easy-to-use interface, integrate data sources without limitations, and turn data into actionable insights. They were looking for a solution that could help them make data-driven decisions, identify bottlenecks, and determine the most effective means of customer acquisition. They also faced challenges with disparate systems and ineffective communication with partner law firms.
The Solution
Weitz & Luxenberg chose Domo as their business intelligence solution. Domo met all their requirements and was rolled out company-wide. The firm uses Domo across the entire business, including marketing, client management, and reporting. In marketing, a comprehensive dashboard replaced Excel-based lead reports, improving marketing effectiveness and expanding multi-channel communications. In client management, Domo's comprehensive connections enabled 'exception reporting', allowing the firm to track and calculate risk along each step of a case and manage 'exceptions' through automated alerts. In reporting, Domo enabled the firm to predict profitability based on historical trends.
