About The Customer
AZPRO is a commercial graphics or large-scale format printing company based in Arizona. The company handles design, production, shipping and installation of large-scale commercial graphics. These include retail signages, pop-up displays, floor graphics, wall and window wraps, menu boards, expo stalls, banners, billboards, vehicle fleet graphics and more. AZPRO prides itself in going beyond design and creation to offer easy and effortless installations. The company has a diverse customer base spread across the city, including both new and repeat customers. It plans over 10 routes per week, each with anywhere from 10 to 80 stops.
The Challenge
AZPRO, a large-scale format printing company based in Arizona, was facing significant challenges in planning efficient routes for its installers and delivery drivers. With a diverse customer base spread across the city, including both new and repeat customers, the company was struggling to map out the most efficient routes for its deliveries and installations. The company plans over 10 routes per week, each with anywhere from 10 to 80 stops. The task of planning these routes was not only time-consuming but also increasingly complex as the number of stops increased. Furthermore, the routes were not static and could change every week depending on the project or clients. The larger the project, the more frequently the route could change, adding to the complexity of the task.
The Solution
To address these challenges, AZPRO turned to MyRouteOnline, a route planning solution. MyRouteOnline was chosen for its ability to effortlessly route multiple addresses. The route planner creates the shortest routes considering factors such as distance covered, time travelled and other custom metrics. It also offers a simple way to upload multiple addresses at once via Excel, with a higher plan allowing for the upload of as many as 1000 addresses at once for larger projects. Once the routes are ready, they can be easily shared via email or printed for distribution. The MyRouteOnline app also facilitates quick and easy navigation. The solution also accounts for live traffic and unexpected road closures, rerouting drivers and installers to the most efficient path. It also enables tracking of installers, stops and idle time, and provides clients with notifications regarding their scheduled installation.

Airport SCADA Systems Improve Service Levels
Modern airports are one of the busiest environments on Earth and rely on process automation equipment to ensure service operators achieve their KPIs. Increasingly airport SCADA systems are being used to control all aspects of the operation and associated facilities. This is because unplanned system downtime can cost dearly, both in terms of reduced revenues and the associated loss of customer satisfaction due to inevitable travel inconvenience and disruption.

Improving Production Line Efficiency with Ethernet Micro RTU Controller
Moxa was asked to provide a connectivity solution for one of the world's leading cosmetics companies. This multinational corporation, with retail presence in 130 countries, 23 global braches, and over 66,000 employees, sought to improve the efficiency of their production process by migrating from manual monitoring to an automatic productivity monitoring system. The production line was being monitored by ABB Real-TPI, a factory information system that offers data collection and analysis to improve plant efficiency. Due to software limitations, the customer needed an OPC server and a corresponding I/O solution to collect data from additional sensor devices for the Real-TPI system. The goal is to enable the factory information system to more thoroughly collect data from every corner of the production line. This will improve its ability to measure Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and translate into increased production efficiencies. System Requirements • Instant status updates while still consuming minimal bandwidth to relieve strain on limited factory networks • Interoperable with ABB Real-TPI • Small form factor appropriate for deployment where space is scarce • Remote software management and configuration to simplify operations
