The Challenge
V Group faced significant challenges with their previous ATS, which resulted in a high bounce rate for recruiter emails. This issue was primarily due to emails being caught in spam filters, preventing them from reaching potential candidates. As a result, recruiters had to resort to follow-up phone calls, which impacted productivity and wasted valuable time. The company recognized the need for an ATS that could improve email deliverability and enhance recruiter productivity.
The Solution
V Group selected Ceipal's talent acquisition platform to address their challenges. Ceipal's platform offered an ATS with its own email servers, ensuring that recruiter emails would bypass spam filters and reach candidate inboxes. This solution significantly reduced the bounce rate and enabled recruiters to identify and place quality talent quickly. Ceipal's platform also provided integrations with leading job boards like Dice and Monster, enhancing candidate engagement. Additionally, the platform's BI suite allowed V Group to create customized reports for better understanding of deployments. V Group also plans to utilize Ceipal's TextToHire feature to further improve candidate engagement.
