About The Customer
Industrial Water Management is a company that has been providing water treatment and hygiene services to the Irish market since 1974. Their customers are in both the public and private sectors. Over the last decade, the company has grown its business to the extent that it is now operating internationally. The company was recently acquired by German company EnviroWater, which will consolidate their position in Ireland and help them design new and more innovative services for their customers.
The Challenge
Industrial Water Management, a company providing water treatment and hygiene services in Ireland since 1974, was facing challenges in managing its operations efficiently. The company had expanded its business internationally over the last decade and was looking for a comprehensive software solution that could streamline its operations. The existing software packages they were using were not meeting the requirements of their industry. They were using two to three different packages, which was not only inefficient but also disruptive to their day-to-day business. The company wanted a user-friendly interface that could be implemented without disrupting their current operations. They also wanted a solution that could provide real-time information on a single platform.
The Solution
The company chose Fieldmotion, a comprehensive software package that met all their requirements. Fieldmotion offered a user-friendly interface and could be implemented without disrupting the company's day-to-day operations. The software provided a single platform where all information could be viewed in real time. Fieldmotion Water Management Software is cloud-based, which means the mobile app does not lose information on forms when offline and it updates when you return to signal. The software also offered many features that helped the company become more efficient. These features included asset management, which made servicing and maintaining assets in compliance with Legionella Risk Assessments easy. The software also allowed the creation of job sheets for service, maintenance, and risk assessment jobs. This helped the company keep all compliance in one place.
