HighFive Frozen Yogurt is a yogurt chain that lets customers build their own personalized yogurt desserts. With multiple locations spread out across Florida, HighFive Frozen Yogurt used Trumpia’s mobile marketing software to drive traffic to their stores with targeted coupons and messages. They have a large customer base and are constantly looking for ways to engage their customers and drive traffic to their stores.
The Challenge
HighFive Frozen Yogurt was searching for a text marketing software that not only could send texts, but also offer coupons, collect contact information, and sort their customers in location based groups. All this while being “reputable and following legal rules” according to their Marketing Director, Amy Moler. They needed a solution that could help them target their marketing efforts to specific branches and collect customer contact information for future promotions.
The Solution
HighFive Frozen Yogurt found what they were looking for in Trumpia. Of course they could send text messages and coupons on a mass scale. But with Trumpia, they were also able to create separate contact databases for each of their locations, so each branch could market independently as they needed. They accomplished this by giving each location it’s own distinct textto-join keyword, and sorting their customers by which keyword they texted to opt-in. Using this strategy, HighFive Frozen Yogurt collected over 10,000 mobile numbers and counting.
