About The Customer
Huppin’s is a family-owned consumer electronics retailer based in Spokane, Washington. The company has been in operation for four generations, selling a wide range of TV, audio, camera, and smart home products with personalized customer service. After decades of serving regional customers at their brick-and-mortar store, they launched the OneCall.com website to expand their business nationally. They have two websites running on Magento, one for regional customers and another for national customers, along with additional storefronts on third-party marketplaces like Amazon.
The Challenge
Huppin’s, a Spokane-based consumer electronics retailer, faced a significant challenge in integrating transactions across all their sales channels. They had two websites running on Magento, one for regional customers and another for national customers, along with additional storefronts on third-party marketplaces like Amazon. As they began to implement NetSuite as their ERP, they needed a partner to unify their direct and third-party orders. Their goal was to streamline and automate the processing of these transactions from various storefronts. Without automation, they would face obstacles during peak ordering periods, inhibiting their growth and ability to explore new opportunities.
The Solution
Huppin’s chose Celigo’s Magento-NetSuite Integration App (SmartConnector) to integrate Magento with NetSuite. The pre-built integration flows allowed them to import orders and settlements from Magento and export shipping, inventory, and pricing information from NetSuite. This automation significantly improved their order processing. As the number of orders grew, Celigo developed a newer version of the Magento-NetSuite Integration App on its sophisticated iPaaS platform – Integrator.io – that brought further performance improvements. Regardless of the number of orders from various sales channels, orders and settlements were imported seamlessly, while shipping, inventory, and pricing information were exported just as fast.
