About The Customer
Intility is a managed cloud service provider that is responsible for identity management across 500 companies and 15,000 users. The company is committed to maintaining a high level of security for its platform, which requires all users to comply with a strict password policy. This policy, however, has resulted in a significant number of password-related calls to the helpdesk, putting a strain on the company's resources. In order to improve security and user friendliness, Intility sought a solution that would allow for secure and convenient self-service password resets.
The Challenge
Intility, a managed cloud provider, was facing a challenge with its password policy. The policy required users to frequently change their passwords, which led to users often forgetting their passwords and needing to contact the help desk for assistance. This resulted in a strain on Intility’s helpdesk function, which had to handle a growing number of password-related calls. Additionally, security was a concern as it was difficult to verify the identity of the person requesting the password reset.
The Solution
To address the challenge, Intility implemented Censornet’s self-service password reset solution. This solution offered secure and convenient self-service password reset functionality and leveraged multi-factor authentication to confirm the user’s identity. The self-service portal enabled Intility's 15,000 users to easily change their passwords anytime and anywhere, and from any type of device. One of the major advantages of the Intility platform is that its cloud-based infrastructure allows for simultaneous deployment of solutions to all customers. This meant that all of Intility’s 500 customers and 15,000 users had access to Censornet PRM service at the same time, without downtime and at no extra cost.

Vodafone Hosted On AWS
Vodafone found that traffic for the applications peak during the four-month period when the international cricket season is at its height in Australia. During the 2011/2012 cricket season, 700,000 consumers downloaded the Cricket Live Australia application. Vodafone needed to be able to meet customer demand, but didn’t want to invest in additional resources that would be underutilized during cricket’s off-season.
