About The Customer
Loud Rumor is an internet marketing company that specializes in new customer generation for small businesses. The company offers AdWords management and Facebook Advertising as top services. Founded by Mike Arce, Loud Rumor has a passion for local businesses and is committed to helping them grow. The company works with a diverse range of small businesses, from blinds, shutters, and drapery companies to dentists and dog trainers. Regardless of the industry, Loud Rumor uses CallTrackingMetrics for all their clients to track leads and ensure the effectiveness of their sales strategies.
The Challenge
Loud Rumor, an advertising management agency, was facing the challenge of accurately tracking the leads generated from their clients' AdWords and Facebook Advertising campaigns. The traditional method of tracking leads through form submissions was proving insufficient, as many small businesses were receiving a significant portion of their leads via phone calls. Without a proper system to track these marketing calls, Loud Rumor was missing out on crucial lead tracking data. This was particularly problematic as their clients, primarily small businesses, heavily relied on these numbers to evaluate the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns. The challenge was to find a solution that could accurately track and analyze the leads generated from phone calls, providing valuable insights into the quality of the leads, the reasons for the calls, and the effectiveness of the clients' sales strategies.
The Solution
Loud Rumor turned to CallTrackingMetrics, a call tracking tool, to address their challenge. CallTrackingMetrics allowed Loud Rumor to track which ads people were calling from, why they were calling, and the quality of the lead. The platform recorded all these sessions, enabling Loud Rumor to review each call individually for more detailed information. This solution provided Loud Rumor with the opportunity to evaluate their clients' phone lead handling strategies and assess their salespersons' phone skills. If a recurring problem was identified, such as a salesperson not closing the deal over the phone, Loud Rumor could confidently determine that the ads were not the issue. Additionally, CallTrackingMetrics helped Loud Rumor understand why people were calling their clients, the specific products mentioned over the phone, and the type of language used, which could be incorporated as keywords in the ads and landing pages.

Vodafone Hosted On AWS
Vodafone found that traffic for the applications peak during the four-month period when the international cricket season is at its height in Australia. During the 2011/2012 cricket season, 700,000 consumers downloaded the Cricket Live Australia application. Vodafone needed to be able to meet customer demand, but didn’t want to invest in additional resources that would be underutilized during cricket’s off-season.
