About The Customer
Viagem is a property management and hospitality company founded in 2019 by a team experienced in real estate, marketing, and technology. The company is committed to providing inspiring, innovative experiences and top-notch service for all guests, using their local expertise in each city to ensure an above-and-beyond stay. Viagem has grown rapidly, managing over 100 listings in various cities across the US — including Philadelphia, Hoboken, and Durham — in less than a year. Their goal is to expand their unique urban experiences to several hundred more listings in 2021.
The Challenge
Viagem, a property management and hospitality company, was founded in 2019 with the goal of providing authentic urban experiences for travelers. The company had an ambitious growth plan, aiming to manage over 100 listings across various US cities within a year and several hundred more in 2021. However, as a lean and remote-working team, they faced the challenge of finding a property management software (PMS) that could help them scale quickly while maintaining their high standards of service, quality, and guest experience. They needed a PMS that could streamline operations, provide actionable analytics, and offer marketing and automation solutions to help them build the hospitality brand they envisioned.
The Solution
After extensive research and comparison of the top five property management software providers in the industry, Viagem chose Guesty as their PMS. Guesty stood out as the best and the favorite, as well as leaders in the industry. Viagem realized that they needed more than just a software platform; they needed a strong partnership that would offer personalized support and develop features in accordance with the industry’s and Viagem’s own needs. Guesty provided a centralized solution that enabled Viagem to onboard and start accepting bookings for new listings within a single day. This was critical in maintaining the company’s rapid growth. Furthermore, Guesty’s Analytics, Send a Quote and Multi-Calendar tools helped Viagem better understand and manage their business on a daily basis.
