Analyzing the functions and molecular mechanisms of important signaling pathways in cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis using biochemical, molecular, and cell biology techniques.
Using disease and tumor models in mice, combined with human clinical sample analysis, to reveal the functions and mechanisms of signaling networks such as Hippo in disease and tumorigenesis; screening small molecule compounds related to anti-tumor and immunity using cell and mouse disease models.
