About The Customer
Biologics, Inc., headquartered in Cary, North Carolina, is an oncology pharmacy services company that collaborates with healthcare providers, payors, and biopharma companies to provide comprehensive care for patients diagnosed with cancer. Through its oncology pharmacy and patient access services, Biologics supports the holistic patient – addressing their clinical, financial, and emotional needs. The company was looking for a cost-effective workflow management tool to support their ongoing accreditation program and found Integrify to be the right solution for their unique needs.
The Challenge
Biologics, Inc., an oncology pharmacy services company, was in search of a cost-effective workflow management tool to support their ongoing accreditation program. The company needed a solution that could be customized to their unique needs, including data security, data reporting, telecommunications, and systems for reimbursement and shipping. The tool needed to be user-friendly, allowing non-technical personnel to develop a workflow quickly. Additionally, the tool needed to have robust API tools for data flow between the application and other data sources, and HTML forms for custom data capture and development to support their operational needs. The company also needed to automate the accreditation program and support the launch of a new drug.
The Solution
Biologics, Inc. found Integrify to be the right solution for their needs. Integrify is a highly customizable workflow management tool with a highly graphical workflow development tool, robust API tools, and HTML forms. Once implemented, Biologics incorporated Integrify's workflow system into the organization's business processes, building two patient specialty case management systems. The new automated accreditation system allowed nurses to track key metrics of activities they performed, with Integrify’s workflow capturing all the necessary data to support the compliance needs of the accreditation. In February 2015, the team used Integrify to support the launch of a new drug. Biologics was able to create a complex workflow between two companies with disparate technologies, ensuring the accurate capture of critical patient information and real-time data sharing.

Predictive Maintenance for Industrial Chillers
For global leaders in the industrial chiller manufacturing, reliability of the entire production process is of the utmost importance. Chillers are refrigeration systems that produce ice water to provide cooling for a process or industrial application. One of those leaders sought a way to respond to asset performance issues, even before they occur. The intelligence to guarantee maximum reliability of cooling devices is embedded (pre-alarming). A pre-alarming phase means that the cooling device still works, but symptoms may appear, telling manufacturers that a failure is likely to occur in the near future. Chillers who are not internet connected at that moment, provide little insight in this pre-alarming phase.
