About The Customer
Capital Consulting Group is a digital marketing and analytics agency led by Claudia 'Ms. Copywriter', a marketing strategist and data-driven copywriter. The agency focuses on building websites and driving traffic to them. What sets them apart from other agencies is their team of professionals who excel in various areas of digital marketing, enabling them to bring all those moving parts into one comprehensive strategy. They create custom graphics for social media and printable banners for events as part of their comprehensive digital strategies for their clients.
The Challenge
Capital Consulting Group, led by Claudia 'Ms. Copywriter', was in need of a design software that could help her create graphics that fit her vision for her marketing and for her clients. The challenge was to find a tool that was versatile, intuitive, and cost-effective. The existing tools they had tried, such as Adobe and Canva, were either too complex or lacked versatility. The agency needed a solution that could help them create custom graphics for social media and printable banners for events in a more efficient and productive manner. The goal was to reduce the time spent on repetitive tasks and increase the productivity of the design team.
The Solution
The agency found their solution in Visme, a tool that met all their criteria. Visme was versatile, intuitive, and had a good cost point. It allowed the agency to create an all-in-one webinar process, saving over 100 hours by having the ability to make one-off webinar edits. The tool was used to design infographics, presentations, and social media graphics. Visme's cloud-based nature allowed users to create their own variations of a project, modify a part, and then publish it on a site. This greatly sped up repetitive tasks. The agency also found Visme's features such as the ability to crop an image to a shape, turn on background transparency, and add a drop shadow to an object with the click of a button, extremely useful.

Predictive Maintenance for Industrial Chillers
For global leaders in the industrial chiller manufacturing, reliability of the entire production process is of the utmost importance. Chillers are refrigeration systems that produce ice water to provide cooling for a process or industrial application. One of those leaders sought a way to respond to asset performance issues, even before they occur. The intelligence to guarantee maximum reliability of cooling devices is embedded (pre-alarming). A pre-alarming phase means that the cooling device still works, but symptoms may appear, telling manufacturers that a failure is likely to occur in the near future. Chillers who are not internet connected at that moment, provide little insight in this pre-alarming phase.
