About The Customer
SQLI Digital Experience is a company that was struggling with several challenges in their hiring process. They were in need of a solution that could involve the hiring managers in the process, make the process less time-consuming, and increase the response rates. They were also facing issues with their candidate pipelines drying up quickly, leading to longer hiring times and more challenges. After being referred to Fetcher, they were initially skeptical but were thrilled with the platform's capabilities after seeing its demo. Since then, Fetcher's team-based recruiting software has become a long-term solution to improving their hiring workflow.
The Challenge
SQLI Digital Experience was facing several challenges in their hiring process. Firstly, there was a lack of motivation among hiring managers as they felt detached from the hiring process. Secondly, the hiring managers were unable to fully engage with outreach to candidates due to time constraints, which was affecting the response rates. Lastly, SQLI Digital's candidate pipelines were drying up quickly, leading to longer hiring times and more challenges. They were in need of a solution that could not only involve the hiring managers in the process but also make the process less time-consuming and increase the response rates.
The Solution
Fetcher's team-based recruiting software provided the much-needed solution to SQLI Digital's hiring challenges. The software allowed the recruiting team and hiring managers to work together from the start, developing search criteria and automated email outreach sequences for each role. This made the hiring managers feel more involved in the process and empowered to engage with candidates. Furthermore, the software enabled the development of a personalized, automated email outreach series for each role, which improved response rates. Fetcher's AI-powered talent sourcing software also provided a steady flow of candidates, giving SQLI Digital more control over their pipeline and leading to more choices in qualified candidates.

Predictive Maintenance for Industrial Chillers
For global leaders in the industrial chiller manufacturing, reliability of the entire production process is of the utmost importance. Chillers are refrigeration systems that produce ice water to provide cooling for a process or industrial application. One of those leaders sought a way to respond to asset performance issues, even before they occur. The intelligence to guarantee maximum reliability of cooling devices is embedded (pre-alarming). A pre-alarming phase means that the cooling device still works, but symptoms may appear, telling manufacturers that a failure is likely to occur in the near future. Chillers who are not internet connected at that moment, provide little insight in this pre-alarming phase.
