The Challenge
Virtuoso Recruiting, a recruiting agency based in Gilbert, AZ, was facing a significant challenge in sourcing candidates for a very specific role - a PACS Administrator. The Vice President of Recruiting, Joshua Morris, was in desperate need of a tool that could assist him in finding qualified candidates for this niche role. The traditional candidate search tools that the agency was using were proving to be ineffective in this case. The main issue was the inability of these tools to provide a wide enough search to find qualified candidates and then narrow down to those who were most suitable for the job. This situation was causing delays in the recruitment process and was hindering the agency's ability to meet its clients' needs in a timely manner.
The Solution
The solution to Virtuoso Recruiting's challenge came in the form of Hiretual, a modern recruitment tool. With Hiretual, Joshua was able to expand his search to find qualified candidates for the PACS Administrator role. The tool allowed him to cast a wider net in the initial stages of the search, thereby increasing the pool of potential candidates. Once a viable set of potential candidates was identified, Hiretual was then used to narrow down the search to those who were most apt for the job. The tool provided insights on the candidates and also their personal contact information, including their email, personal cell, and office number. This enabled Joshua to directly reach out to the candidates, conduct interviews, and place the most qualified candidate within a short span of time.

Predictive Maintenance for Industrial Chillers
For global leaders in the industrial chiller manufacturing, reliability of the entire production process is of the utmost importance. Chillers are refrigeration systems that produce ice water to provide cooling for a process or industrial application. One of those leaders sought a way to respond to asset performance issues, even before they occur. The intelligence to guarantee maximum reliability of cooling devices is embedded (pre-alarming). A pre-alarming phase means that the cooling device still works, but symptoms may appear, telling manufacturers that a failure is likely to occur in the near future. Chillers who are not internet connected at that moment, provide little insight in this pre-alarming phase.
