About The Customer
SmartBox Dental is a marketing agency that focuses on dental practices. Their primary challenge is to make dental content engaging and appealing to their clients' audiences. The content team at SmartBox Dental is led by Rebekah Carroll and includes four writers and an editor. Despite not having formal design training, the team is tasked with creating visually appealing content that effectively communicates essential dental information. They previously used Piktochart but found it lacking in support and ease of use for non-designers. They have since switched to using Visme, which they find more user-friendly and supportive.
The Challenge
SmartBox Dental, a marketing agency specializing in dental practices, faced a significant challenge in making dental content engaging for their clients' audiences. Dental information, while crucial, is often perceived as dull and uninteresting, leading to a lack of engagement and retention. The content team at SmartBox Dental, led by Rebekah Carroll, was tasked with finding an innovative way to present this essential information in a manner that would capture and hold the audience's attention. The team, consisting of six members including Rebekah, four writers, and an editor, needed a tool that would allow them to create visually appealing content despite their lack of formal design training.
The Solution
The solution came in the form of Visme, a tool that enables the creation of engaging infographics. The SmartBox Dental team used Visme to transform essential dental information into visually appealing and attention-grabbing infographics. Despite none of the team members being trained designers, they were able to use Visme to create compelling content for their clients. The team switched from Piktochart to Visme due to the latter's superior support and ease of use for non-designers. SmartBox Dental opted for a Visme team plan, which provided each user with access to folder organization, brand kits for each of their dental clients, commenting, and other essential collaboration features. The team also utilized Visme's Brand Kit to ensure all of their clients' appropriate color schemes were easily accessible while creating content.

Predictive Maintenance for Industrial Chillers
For global leaders in the industrial chiller manufacturing, reliability of the entire production process is of the utmost importance. Chillers are refrigeration systems that produce ice water to provide cooling for a process or industrial application. One of those leaders sought a way to respond to asset performance issues, even before they occur. The intelligence to guarantee maximum reliability of cooling devices is embedded (pre-alarming). A pre-alarming phase means that the cooling device still works, but symptoms may appear, telling manufacturers that a failure is likely to occur in the near future. Chillers who are not internet connected at that moment, provide little insight in this pre-alarming phase.
