The Solution
Caterpillar Logistics engaged in a Customized Load Planner training course delivered by JDA Education Services. The course was designed to improve the company's existing processes and produce more knowledgeable and effective users. The training included customized courseware for JDA Transportation Manager and JDA Freight Order Management, with specialized training exercises using Caterpillar Logistics’ unique workflows and scenarios.
