The Challenge
INXPO’s Event Cloud® is a platform that enables organizations to use video to engage their stakeholders through online events. The company was experiencing steady growth in the number of leads generated by its marketing team. However, they faced a challenge in qualifying these leads before passing them on to sales executives for follow-up. The sales team was overwhelmed and didn't have enough time to dedicate to all the nurturing required. They needed a tool that would help them be more efficient and effective, and something that could scale with the growing business. The goal was to ensure that no lead gets left behind.
The Solution
INXPO turned to Conversica’s AI Automated Sales Assistant, Emily, to help them streamline the lead qualification process. Emily was designed to increase engagement and ensure that all leads were followed up on. She would contact a prospect a couple of times, helping them to remember INXPO's name and sparking their interest in learning more. This solution was not only aimed at capitalizing on the increase of Marketing qualified leads but also freeing up the sales reps’ time. The implementation of Emily in July of 2015 marked a significant shift in INXPO's approach to lead qualification and engagement, leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Predictive Maintenance for Industrial Chillers
For global leaders in the industrial chiller manufacturing, reliability of the entire production process is of the utmost importance. Chillers are refrigeration systems that produce ice water to provide cooling for a process or industrial application. One of those leaders sought a way to respond to asset performance issues, even before they occur. The intelligence to guarantee maximum reliability of cooling devices is embedded (pre-alarming). A pre-alarming phase means that the cooling device still works, but symptoms may appear, telling manufacturers that a failure is likely to occur in the near future. Chillers who are not internet connected at that moment, provide little insight in this pre-alarming phase.
