About The Customer
Optiable is a Louisiana-based company that specializes in helping law firms leverage technology to streamline their workflow. The company works to replace old and less productive structures with more organized ones, using specific tools that align with the businesses they assist. By harnessing the latest productivity tools, Optiable enables practitioners to work on the go, focusing on their expertise and achieving victories for their clients. The organization typically operates with a team of three to five full-time employees, depending on their workload needs.
The Challenge
Optiable, a company that aids law firms in streamlining their workflow through technology, was facing significant operational challenges. CEO Craig Bayer was spending a significant amount of time micromanaging employees and manually documenting processes, which was not only time-consuming but also inefficient. The lack of a systematic approach to operations was causing a lack of trust among the team regarding their efficiency. Tasks could not be completed without multiple verifications, and there was always a fear of something being missed. This situation was negatively impacting the business, as hours were spent fixing issues rather than focusing on growth and productivity.
The Solution
The solution to Optiable's operational challenges came in the form of SweetProcess, a system that Craig Bayer discovered through a friend. SweetProcess offered a range of features that appealed to Bayer, leading him to sign up without hesitation. The system allowed Optiable to comprehensively document their business processes, including the addition of images and videos to aid understanding. It also helped to organize workflow and increase productivity, reducing the mental exhaustion caused by disorganization. SweetProcess also enhanced employee efficiency by providing adequate work information, reducing the dependency on Bayer for guidance. Finally, the system automated recurring tasks, ensuring that no small but important tasks were missed in the daily operations.

Predictive Maintenance for Industrial Chillers
For global leaders in the industrial chiller manufacturing, reliability of the entire production process is of the utmost importance. Chillers are refrigeration systems that produce ice water to provide cooling for a process or industrial application. One of those leaders sought a way to respond to asset performance issues, even before they occur. The intelligence to guarantee maximum reliability of cooling devices is embedded (pre-alarming). A pre-alarming phase means that the cooling device still works, but symptoms may appear, telling manufacturers that a failure is likely to occur in the near future. Chillers who are not internet connected at that moment, provide little insight in this pre-alarming phase.
