About The Customer
Wehost is the first tourism startup in Georgia, starting with six apartment listings in 2017 and growing to over 300 listings and 50 employees. Despite challenges such as regional instability and the loss of a co-founder, Wehost has remained committed to its vision of managing 1000 apartments by 2025. They pride themselves on offering unique apartments in prime locations with stunning views. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has earned them a reputation as a leader in the short-term rental market in Georgia.
The Challenge
Wehost, the first tourism startup in Georgia, had a clear and ambitious vision to manage 1000 apartments by 2025. They sought to implement a scalable and efficient business model, requiring advanced task management capabilities and automation. They were in search of a comprehensive solution for all their property management needs. Additionally, they faced the challenge of building trust with property owners in a region where trust is scarce. They needed a clear and transparent platform for communication and performance. Their search for a software that could match their ambitious goal led them to Guesty.
The Solution
Guesty provided Wehost with a suite of tools that helped them manage their rapidly growing number of listings. The Multi-Calendar tool became an essential part of their operations, allowing them to manage numerous calendars, view listings by various filters, and adjust listing prices in response to fluctuating demand. To build trust with property owners, Wehost utilized Guesty’s Owners Portal, which provided a detailed and transparent dashboard for owners to stay informed about their investments. Wehost also switched to Guesty’s Task Manager to centralize activities and save funds. This tool allowed them to automate communication with employees and manage over 700 tasks monthly, with clear assignees, instructions, and checklists. All this information was conveniently accessible through the Guesty mobile app.

Predictive Maintenance for Industrial Chillers
For global leaders in the industrial chiller manufacturing, reliability of the entire production process is of the utmost importance. Chillers are refrigeration systems that produce ice water to provide cooling for a process or industrial application. One of those leaders sought a way to respond to asset performance issues, even before they occur. The intelligence to guarantee maximum reliability of cooling devices is embedded (pre-alarming). A pre-alarming phase means that the cooling device still works, but symptoms may appear, telling manufacturers that a failure is likely to occur in the near future. Chillers who are not internet connected at that moment, provide little insight in this pre-alarming phase.
