With the implementation of Celigo, basecom has been able to significantly improve its project delivery and customer satisfaction. The company now has a Celigo practice with six developers that uses Celigo for all of basecom’s custom integration needs, including connecting storefronts, ERPs, PIMs, and Shopware for customers like Lobo Home. The high effort and long implementation runtime that were previously associated with integration projects have been eliminated. The use of Celigo has made project estimates more predictable and has allowed basecom to keep its implementation costs low and develop long-term relationships with its customers. The success of basecom’s use with its customers also inspired them to use the platform internally for themselves. The company is now building a project to combine all its client-leading data systems from its 15 holding agencies through Celigo.
