关于客户
Jobs2Web is an interactive recruitment marketing firm that helps companies improve the way they find, engage, and market open positions to prospective job candidates. The firm provides an interactive recruitment marketing platform, which helps power the way Fortune 500 companies and smaller enterprises find, engage, and market to prospective job candidates. Based on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model, Jobs2Web captures its clients’ open requisitions and then connects these job opportunities to relevant candidates in many different online channels. Jobs2Web also measures which channels drive the highest quality applicants – essentially helping its clients market their open positions in a more systematic way and find the best candidates in an expanding universe of online sources.
挑战
Jobs2Web, an interactive recruitment marketing firm, was facing the challenge of transforming operational data into meaningful metrics for its client companies. The firm needed to measure and monitor the effectiveness of job marketing campaigns and channels. With thousands of open positions at any given time, some of Jobs2Web’s clients spend millions of dollars marketing their jobs via various websites, including social media sites. Most of these clients could not adequately measure and monitor the effectiveness of their recruitment efforts. Jobs2Web saw an opportunity to give clients access to something they never had before – a way to analyze the effectiveness of its recruitment efforts. The company knew that by providing data analysis tools on top of the large amounts of transactional data it was already collecting from candidates, it could create a measurement and analysis system that went above and beyond anything currently offered in the field.
解决方案
Jobs2Web used Information Builders’ WebFOCUS business intelligence (BI) platform to offer customer-facing BI tools. WebFOCUS dashboards and reports help clients analyze the return on their investments as measured by the total number of hires they receive from each individual channel. The company used WebFOCUS to create Advanced Analytics, a robust BI environment that complements and extends its standard Recruiter Dashboard. The dashboards connect to Microsoft SQL Server production tables and a Microsoft Analysis Services multidimensional cube. WebFOCUS allows clients to drill down into the information by source, job category, and geography to look at their returns in an organized way. Whether they are examining social media sites, job boards, or another type of source, they can see which options drive the most clicks. Clients can also analyze qualified applicants and hires from each channel to find out where they were referred from, how long they’ve been in the talent community, what types of jobs and locations they are interested in, and more.

SET Creative Ditches Google Vault for Datto Backupify
When Kienholz first started at SET, the staff was using Microsoft Outlook for email with no form of data backup. It became apparent that something needed to change as the staff was often burdened with trying to recover emails from departed employees. Kienholz transitioned the team to Google’s Gmail and implemented Google Vault for backup purposes. While SET employees quickly adjusted to Gmail, which many use for personal email, the same could not be said for Google Vault. “Unlike most Google products, Vault was not user friendly at all. It’s very hard to search for items. We never really figured out how to do a restore either,” explained Kienholz. Due to SET’s work with high-profile brands, projects often go through many rounds of revisions right down to the eleventh hour. This means that every bit of information - especially data living in project managers’ emails - is crucial to delivering clients a polished design at deadline.

Sawback IT and Datto Save Client From a Costly Mistake
Ballistic Echo, a software development house, faced a critical challenge when human error led to the deletion of thousands of lines of unique code. This incident occurred before the code was pushed to source control, resulting in significant loss of time, revenue, and work. The previous file-level backup solution they used was slow and inefficient, making it nearly impossible to manually recreate the lost work. The need for a more reliable and efficient business continuity solution became evident to avoid such disasters in the future.

Pipeline Insight Case Study: YARCDATA
YarcData faced challenges in determining the conversion rates of prospects into customers through various marketing efforts and identifying the source of its leads. They wanted to know the percentage of opportunities in the sales pipeline that came from different marketing events, web downloads, or self-sourced sales opportunities. Additionally, they needed the ability to drill down into the data to guide where to allocate more marketing dollars based on the success of previous efforts. Previously, YarcData relied heavily on spreadsheets and Salesforce.com reports, which made it difficult to extract the exact information they needed. This reliance on spreadsheets represented about 70% of their data presentation.
