解决方案
为了应对这一挑战，LCPS 数字创新部门的任务是确定需要 WiFi 热点的家庭和员工。我们向公立学校家庭和工作人员发送了一份 Google 表单调查，以收集必要的信息，例如学生姓名、地址、学校和家长/监护人联系信息。然后，调查结果被加载到数据分析平台 Qlik 中，并连接到其他数据。我们开发了一组可视化来识别学生和家庭人数，以及弱势地位、家庭学生人数和年级等决策因素。通过审查数据，LCPS 能够识别特定的需求集群并确定热点分布的优先级。随着热点的分发，数据被重新加载，并根据使用指标和委托人的反馈进行调整。
